1. Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, address, and payment information.

2. Content & Design Files

You are responsible for the content, spelling, and design of the files you upload. We are not responsible for spelling errors or low-resolution images contained in submitted artwork.

3. Color Accuracy

We do our best to match colors, but due to the nature of CMYK printing, we cannot guarantee a 100% color match to what you see on your screen (RGB). Minor color variations may occur.

4. Turnaround Time

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary due to volume, complexity of the order, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any consequential damages resulting from delays.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of OnlineCustomBoxes and its licensors.

6. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
