If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Custom Products

Since all our boxes are custom-made to your specific dimensions and designs, we generally do not accept returns unless the product is defective or does not match the approved proof.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will investigate and, if the error is ours, we will reprint the order at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive your notification of a defect, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your claim. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the details.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours or once the design process has started, a cancellation fee may apply to cover work already completed.
